We’re a husband-and-wife team based in Stratton St Margaret, Swindon. We started Kuroki with a simple aim: to create something that honours the dedication behind every belt.

We understand what each belt represents. It's not just about the colour, it's about the time, effort and discipline that went into earning it.

Our displays are made with love here in Swindon, using quality materials, and a clean, simple design. No frills, no fuss. Just well-made products that do the job properly.

We’re a small business by choice. We don’t do mass production, and we’re proud to work closely with local clubs and instructors. Most of our customers find us through word of mouth, and that means a lot to us.

"Kuroki" is a Japanese word meaning black wood, a nod to our signature finish created using the traditional Japanese 'Yakisugi' technique, a time-honored method of charring wood to enhance its durability and reveal a striking, natural texture.
